For a bodybuilder like myself banana's are a snack and a form of high GI, low carbohydrates. I do a similar recipe to the second but using no flour and 1 full banana with half as much milk and they're super moist! drizzle with yoghurt and kids will love it :)

Re: Protein Waffles- Two Recipes

I like the zero carb waffles, even if they are not zero carb. I think it might depend on the type of protein powder you use. They are low enough for me to enjoy and stay on track with my low carb eating plan.

Re: Protein Waffles- Two Recipes

But it says LOW CARB. Her point is that is is NOT low carb with the banana in it.
And there are no nutritional counts that I can see in/on the recipe.

Re: MiraDry Review: I Microwaved my Armpits

Hello! People posting things and calling them zero carb to get more clicks on their posts. These are *not* zero carb. Just becauce it has less than 1 carb per serving does not make it zero (even if the FDA allows that on food labels). Eating 2, 3 or 4 waffles would defiinitely add to your carb count for the day.

Re: Protein Waffles- Two Recipes

I haven't tried it personally but it's worth a shot!!

Re: Protein Waffles- Two Recipes

Definitely!
